Community organization that assists low-income children in getting a post-high school education.   
Formed a Comic Book Club (3rd& 5th grade), 3rd grade Video Club and helped 4th graders to create 
their own book.  Supported literacy, math and peer cooperation skills. Also reworked and provided  
illustrations for Americorps Member Guide.

 Sold paintings done by self and other student artists at school-sponsored booth.  Coordinated the matting 
 and shrink-wrapping of over 200 paintings for the department and kept records of all financial transactions  and selected pieces to be shipped to festival.
